Thank you for being a part of the first ever Mid Atlantic Music Experience. We are really looking forward to a great weekend in Lewisburg, WV! Making a new event like MidX a success involves all of us and we hope that you will help us to create a positive, peaceful and safe experience that will be a tradition for years to come. The information and guidelines below are there to make sure that you are well informed of what to expect when you get to the Fairgrounds. We∂ll also have a friendly and helpful staff available to answer any questions that you have upon arrival.

Purchase your tickets in advance and have them shipped! When you arrive at the festival gate, you will be asked to present your tickets. If everyone in your car already has tickets in hand, you will be directed right into the on site parking lot, where your tickets will be exchanged for the proper weekend credentials. Due to heightened security concerns, all patrons and their possessions are subject to search. Camping is not allowed in the parking lot. If you do not have a ticket when you arrive, you will have to pull your vehicle aside and purchase tickets at the box office. Once everyone in your car has a ticket you will be directed back to the festival gate for entry to the parking lot. For this reason, we highly recommend that you buy tickets in advance and have them shipped to you! It will get you into the venue quicker and easier.

Once you have parked you will be only a short walk away from the rolling hills and spectacular views of the campground! From there, it's a quick walk down the Panic Path to the music meadow. That's where you'll find the Main Stage, Grandstand Stage, MidX Theater, tasty food court, and craft vendors.

For those of you bringing young children, we will be offering a "Quiet - Family Camping Area" that is separated from the major camping areas. Information on the family camping area and other site details will all be available online over the next couple of weeks. Any specific questions that are not answered on this website can be directed to or 877.42.FESTS.

Everyone planning on staying through Sunday night must leave the festival grounds by 10am, Monday morning.
